Base fluid PG + VG is designed to dilute the nicotine liquid in order to keep the amount of steam at the expense of lowering the nicotine content. Note that you will fall and smells somewhat.

It can be used also to create their own mix of different flavors. This is generally a liquid which is factory-soaked evaporators.

Attention! The fluid does not contain nicotine and flavors. It is only in the case base composed of PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin). A steam without flavor and nicotine.
